Gyoza is a type of ‘dumpling’ typical of Chinese cuisine very popular in China, Japan and Korea, as well as outside Asia. The jiaozi / gyoza are elaborated stuffed with minced meat or vegetables rolled in a thin and thin mass, which is usually sealed with the fingers.
Gyoza Bar is an oriental place in Barcelona. We call ourselves “gyoza bar” because we specialize in our delicious gyoza. All are homemade and fresh, including wrapping and using fresh local produce. The gyoza are steamed in bamboo or grilled and the fillings are varied for all tastes: veal, prawns, pork, vegetable, or fish.
